Gunshow Regulations

Gun Show Policy & Safety Rules for Table Holders and Attendees

1.       Fifty percent  (50%) of all contents displayed on tables must be firearms, or firearms related items.

2.       ALL tables must have appropriate table covers on them when exhibitors are not at their respective tables. Cover your goods.

3.       NO loaded firearms of any kind. This includes Concealed Carry Permit Holder's weapons, air guns, muzzleloaders, or any type of weapon carried or displayed at any gun show.

4.       NO Stun Guns shall be carried or displayed at any time.

5.       NO table holder shall at any time place a charge, whether blank, ball, or empty case in the barrel, chamber or cylinder of any firearm for any reason while on the premises. This includes Snap Shells used for dry firing.

6.       NO table holder shall display any explosive device, other than those designated as small arms ammunition, or gun powder in sealed containers.

7.       ALL fully automatic weapons exhibited or carried at the TSGC gun shows must be deactivated according to state and federal governmental regulations and specifications. OR, if the weapon is in firing condition it must be licensed and accompanied by the legal owner. Proper BATF licenses for said weapon must be on display with the firearm.

8.       ALL clips and magazines must be removed from all firearms and made inoperable by means of properly secured ties run through the magazine cavity, or through the barrel.

9.       ALL guns, weapons, and firearms must be made inoperable so cartridges cannot be inserted into the chamber.

10.   ALL handguns shall be secured to the exhibitor’s table by means of a cord or cables, or displayed in a closed glass case, or other Show Security approved device.

11.   NO exhibitor displaying firearms, knives, ammunition, gun powder, or primers shall leave their show tables unsupervised during show hours, or while the show is open to the public.

12.   NO alcoholic beverages shall be permitted on the premises.

13.   NO pets are allowed in the buildings unless confined to a pet carrier, with exception to pilot dogs.

14.   ALL doors must be kept free and clear at all times in accordance with local and state fire safety regulations. This applies to interior and exterior space.

15.   Weapons or munitions too large to be classified as small arms MUST have the approval of the Board of Directors prior to displaying.

16.   NO motor vehicle shall be permitted inside any building before, during or after the shows.

17.   EXHIBITORS shall have their display removed from the buildings by 4:30 PM on Sunday afternoon. Failure to comply will result in Exhibitor forfeiting ½ their table space for the following show. The Show closes at 3:00 PM on Sunday.

18.   ALL cutleries must have sharp edges and points protected by either sheath, tape, or other safety material to prevent accidental injury.

19.   NO Exhibitor shall sell a weapon, ammunition, or reloading components to any person when the Exhibitor knows or has reason to believe that the purchaser intends to transfer possession of said merchandise to a person who is disqualified by law from making or completing the purchase themselves, whether the reason is age, mental incompetency, or any other reason.

20.   NO Subletting of tables.

21.   NO video cameras, digital or film cameras, or recording devices of any kind permitted without written permission from the Board of Directors. This includes camera phones!

22.   ALL licensed dealers are required by federal law to prominently display a copy of their FFL at the respective tables.

23.   ALL Table holders MUST be at their tables by 9:00 AM or their tables will be forfeited. Set-up is from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Friday evening. Doors open to tableholders at 6:00 AM Saturday morning. You should make every attempt at having your tables ready for business by 8:30 AM when the general public is permitted to enter. 

24.   The TSGC Show Security Unit has the final say on all security issues that arise.

ANY MEMBER/TABLEHOLDER OR GUEST WHO VIOLATES ANY OF THESE RULES MAY HAVE THEIR MEMBERSHIP IMMEADIATELY REVOKED, OR BANNED FROM THE SHOW.

THESE RULES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED
